Hi Guys. Really enjoyed this one this morning. I found myself nodding vigorously in my car when you guys were talking about how so many organizations wrongly see their nuts and bolts operations tools as "secret sauce." As someone with one foot in dev and one in ops, it's very frustrating seeing how open the development community tends to be about sharing components and tools and how relatively closed operations tends to be. It's baffling to me that a company would think their competitive advantage is around provisioning, maintaining and updating servers.
