DevOps Cafe Episode 39

John goes from Lean Startup to Not Lean Enterprise... barely avoids whiplash.

This is a two part episode. Who knew we liked to talk so much?.

John and Damon chat about John's recent back-to-back travels to the Lean Startup conference and Dell World. How does that tie into DevOps? You'll have to listen to find out.

(Note: These were recorded at the end of December)

DevOps Cafe Episode 38

Oh yeah... we need people to make this stuff work

John and Damon chat with Dave Zwieback (Knewton) about his excellent talk from DevOps Days New York and the most difficult part of DevOps... hiring. No matter if you are a manager who needs to recruit a team or an engineer who wants to make sure your co-workers are top-notch, hiring is an essential part of all of our success.

DevOps Cafe Episode 35

Interupting everyone's lunch to talk DevOps.

Last year's live DevOps Cafe at PuppetConf was so much fun that we decided to do it again. For the 2012 edition we decided to focus on the the points of interaction between Puppet users and Puppet Labs... the community and customer exprience. We aren't sure how well we stuck to that topic, but it was a great conversation anyway!
